In the spring of 2024, I took a Robotic Manufacturing Internship with Fleet Robotics.

​

Fleet Robotics is building robots which combat biofouling on ship hulls by actively cleaning them as they move. Biofouling severely impacts a ship's efficiency, requiring a significant increase in fuel consumption. The chemicals normally used to clean hulls is also very bad for the environment. Cleaning the hulls constantly prevents buildups which are harder to clean and is much better for the earth.

I just began my internship with Fleet. I have been manufacturing robots and EPMs.
